Casey Crumbley joined Mediated Resolutions, LLC in 2019. He is a native of McDonough,Georgia, and lives and practices there as of counsel with the firm of Smith, Welch, Webb, and White, LLC. Casey was formally with the law firm of Drew, Eckl and Farnham in Atlanta, where he practiced primarily in the area of workers’compensation defense. He attended The Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina, and graduated from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law at Faulkner University in 2010. Casey has extensive trial experience in the areas of workers’ compensation, general civil and business litigation, and Domestic Relations law. He serves as the Solicitor for the City of McDonough, Georgia, prosecuting criminal cases that are under the jurisdiction of that Court. He is admitted into all State and Federal courts in Georgia and South Carolina. Casey serves as a registered mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution mediating civil, business, personal injury, and domestic cases. As a private mediator, he serves as mediator in workers’ compensation and personal injury cases. Casey is also a Captain in the U. S. Air Force Reserve where he serves as an Assistant Staff Judge Advocate.
